Diving into the "Rich History" of our Small Local Business
      Simply Serve Lawn Service is a professional lawn maintenance company in Grand Forks, ND, specializing in Snow Removal, Lawn Mowing, and other basic exterior-based property maintenance services.
            Simply SERVE was founded in 2023 by Joshua Davies, a young Christian boy looking to honor God in serving his neighbors, people he respected and saw had a need for lawn care but were forced to pay steep rates for limited services. Thinking "there's got to be a better way," and longing not to have to wait for years to do something big and impactful (or maybe even AWESOME), Josh decided he would start working to bring the price down for
his community, while still ensuring they got the best quality he could provide. After running for two years (from 2021-23) under the originalÂ
company name, Lawn Doctor, after the nick-name his Mom gave him (see insert for his first business card), Josh decided it was time to be more intentional about the kind of business he intended to run going into the summer of 2023. But naming the company didn't come easy. A "Professional Over-Thinker" himself, Josh took his time in trying to convey exactly what he was staving after in his work, but eventually he landed it: Simply SERVE Lawn Service.

      That was the business model Joshua Davies wanted to follow. Giving the best he could, not just for his customers, but for the LORD. Josh decided the word Serve would be in red on the company logo so everyone could see that Simply Serve Lawn Service had been called to honor God, not just to get the grass cut or the snow cleared.
      As we look ahead at the future, we hope and expect to grow and reach more of our community. And as we continue to grow, the Simply SERVE promise will always be the same:                         "High-Quality,                                                     Low-Cost;                                                     As for the LORD."
