Specific service requests (such as mowing, leaf cleanup, or snow removal) will also be recorded, as may any personal notes you choose to include in your messages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13, or information outside that that directly applies to services we provide or that information which we absolutely need in order to provide our services (such as an address for a lawn mowing service request).

 

We strictly use your data for business operations, including (but not exclusive to):

- Managing our schedule and completing work

- Keeping you updated on appointments or weather delays

- Replying to your questions

- Maintaining necessary tax and business records

- We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond improving and operating our company

- Use your details for anything unrelated to our work without asking you first

Each job we do we take a picture of our work so we can send it to our customers/have it on record for Quality Control. We will NEVER:

 

-Share these Photos/Media with ANYONE without your consent

-Use theses Photos for Marketing purposes/Advertising without your consent

     

     The ONLY time we may use these Photos/Media for Marketing Purposes/Advertising is if the customer gives their consent by EITHER:

 

-checking the "I permit the Simply Serve Lawn Service Company to use the Quality Control pictures they take of my                          property upon performing any services in marketing/advertising purposes (such as on their Website or Google Business          Profile)."

 

OR by Agreeing over the phone on a phone call or  text message.

 

Advertising: 

When either of the measures listed in the "Pictures and Media" section are taken by the customer allowing the Simply Serve Lawn Service Company to use the Quality Control pictures they take of the customer's property upon preforming services in Advertising/Marketing proposes, qe ONLY use these Pictures/Media for:

 

-Advertising Pictures on our Website (SimplySERVELawns.wixsite.com/SimplySERVELawns)

-Advertising Pictures on our Google Business Profile

-Advertising Pictures/Media on Social Media platforms (i.e. Facebook)

-Promotional Advertising Videos

 

Changes to This Policy:
